LOFACE provides FREE shipping to the contiguous United States. All products are Free Expedited Shipping from China to ensure a direct-from-factory experience. We utilize a high-standard logistics system of "Expedited Ocean Freight + Local Express" to ensure your products are delivered safely and as quickly as possible.



2. Estimated Timeline
Orders are Ships from China via Expedited Ocean Shipping. To provide the best value and quality, we manage the entire journey from our source factory to your doorstep.

  • Production Time: Production begins immediately after payment is confirmed. The standard cycle is approximately 1–2 weeks.

  • Transit Time:

  • Expedited Ocean Freight: Approximately 2 weeks.

  • Customs Clearance & Last-Mile Delivery: Approximately 1–2 weeks.

  • Total Delivery Time: Estimated 4–6 weeks from order placement to doorstep delivery.

3. Shipping Method

  • Goods are shipped via expedited ocean vessels to U.S. ports.

  • Upon customs clearance, final delivery is handled by FedEx or an equivalent premium carrier.

4. Delays & Cancellations

  • Status Tracking: You may contact us at support@lofaceliving.com anytime to check the status of production or shipment.

  • Protection Clause: If delivery exceeds 8 weeks due to production, shipping, or customs issues, we will proactively notify you. You may choose to:

          (1) Continue waiting for delivery;

          (2) Cancel the order and receive a 100% Full Refund.

5. Disclaimer

  • Address Accuracy: Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information. Any re-delivery fees or delays caused by incorrect addresses are the sole responsibility of the customer.

  • Delivery Failure / Refusal: If delivery fails due to customer reasons (e.g., refusal, unavailability), the customer is responsible for return and re-delivery costs. If the package cannot be recovered, no refund will be issued.

  • Force Majeure: LOFACE is not liable for delays caused by uncontrollable factors, including customs inspections, extreme weather, port congestion, or carrier delays.
