The cushion inserts and fabric covers are efficiently packed together in a single box. Upon arrival, simply place the inserts into their respective covers and allow 48 to 72 hours for the foam to fully expand. Gently patting and fluffing the cushions will help them achieve their optimal shape and fullness.

Yes. The cushion covers are removable with zippers. The fabric is waterproof and stain-resistant. For daily cleaning, simply wipe with a damp cloth. For deep cleaning, gently hand wash in water below 40°C.

Routine Care: For daily cleaning, simply wipe with warm water and a mild detergent. We recommend regular dusting and prompt stain removal to keep the fabric pristine.

Deep Cleaning: The fabric covers are fully removable and washable. Always air dry naturally and avoid bleaching or tumble drying to preserve the fabric's integrity.

Our bespoke pieces are crafted on a pre-order basis. To begin, a 30% deposit is required to secure your order and commence production, which typically takes 10–15 business days. Once your item is ready for shipment, we will send you an email notification with a link to settle the remaining balance.

We provide a 24-hour grace period during which you can modify or cancel your order free of charge. After this window, as production commences, only 50% of the initial deposit is refundable to cover material and handling costs. Please note that once an order has been shipped, it is considered final and cannot be cancelled.

Yes, you may update your delivery address at any time before the order is dispatched free of charge. Once the order has been shipped, any rerouting fees or additional logistics costs incurred due to an address change will be the responsibility of the customer.

The "Processing" status indicates that your order is currently moving through our meticulous production line. This stage includes expert assembly, a multi-point quality inspection, and careful packaging to ensure everything meets our premium standards. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number the moment your order is dispatched.

Dispatch is initiated immediately upon the completion of production and the settlement of your final balance. We offer complimentary standard shipping on all orders with no hidden fees—the price you see is the price you pay. Production typically takes 10 to 15 days.
Approximately 25–30 days from dispatch to delivery. This includes international transit and local last-mile delivery.
For clients who wish to receive their items sooner, we offer a Premium Expedited Service that can save approximately 10 days of transit time. This upgrade is available at an additional cost to ensure your furniture arrives exactly when you need it.

For returns due to manufacturing defects, transit damage, or incorrect items, we will cover all associated shipping costs. For "change of mind" or preference-based returns, the customer is responsible for the return freight to our designated warehouse.

We offer a 3-year limited warranty covering structural integrity and manufacturing defects, such as seam splitting or material failures under normal use. Please note that the warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, accidents, or damage resulting from improper use or maintenance.

Your satisfaction is paramount. Please inspect your delivery and notify us within 7 days if there are any issues. Provide photos of the packaging and product, and we will immediately arrange for complimentary replacements or a full resolution at no extra cost to you.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund immediately. The funds will typically appear in your original payment account within 3–7 business days, depending on your financial institution's processing time.
